US Department of Justice | June 1, 2012Amended complaint submitted by the Asset Forfeiture division of the US Department of Justice which seeks to seize Michael Jackson memorabilia, a mansion in Malibu, and a Ferrari, all belonging to the oldest son of President Teodoro Obiang, Teodorin. The complaint alleges that Teodorin purchased the defendent articles using illegally laundered funds that he obtained through fraud and corruption.
